That's the rider line-up for the 99' season. I couldn't find pictures for the other riders.

This thread got me to thinking about all the bikes I owned in the 90's. Here they are in year order (not necessarily the order I owned them). These are only examples too, not my actual bikes...

I had a 90 CR500 set up for Flat Track running on methanol.

91 CR250

92 CR250 - how cool did these look when they 1st came out...

92 RM250 - THIS ACTUAL BIKE. At one time I owned Ronnie Tichenor's TUF Racing 92 RM250. Another guy in Australia imported it and I bought it off him. It had amazing suspension. I wish I could find a colour photo of it.

94 YZ250

95 CR250

96 CR250 - actual bike sitting in my garage

98 YZ400F

Sort of moto bike. I had a 91 KDX250 which was road registered in Australia! I worked at Australia's #1 Kawasaki dealer at the time and had the cylinder ported to KX race specs and threw a PC pipe on it. It was awesome but VERY thirsty on the highway...
Let me guess-
MCfan lives in QLD, had a methanol '90 CR500 & is a student of '90s MX....
I think your name is Peter & you had matching CR250 & 500's with blue/red "TUF" brand platics/graphics both dirt track weapons with #43 if I am not mistaken.
Am I right?

At least AXO did and maybe Sinisalo since they were under the same roof for a while.

FAIL. No prizes for you TongueLaughing

I didn't move to QLD until long after my racing days. I grew up racing dirt track in NSW against Chris Watson, etc but pesky QLDers like Craig Connell would come down regularly to spoil our party.

Funny thing after my racing days and when I worked in the industry I became great mates with Craig and still keep in contact occasionally. He is a great guy.

The Dogger in some bitchin 91 JT gear. He was a privateer by this stage after his "vacation"

Check out his helmet. Damn they had cool custom paint jobs in the 90's!!!

Oh well, it was worth a try. :-)
Glad to see another Aussie here from the same vintage though!
I went to high school with Simon Goodchild while he lived in QLD, I guess you would know him then?

It might have been '96 but under all the pretty decals is a '93 CR250R.

A 90's thread wouldn't be complete without this photo.
