My buddy Loren works there and I saw he posted on Facebook to another guy that it was ten if not riding. He could be wrong but seems right. 30$ is silly just to watch.

I live in TX now, (not from here) but my job may be going away in a couple years, and me and the wife keep thinking if that does happen, we might relocate to the Ft Meyers, Bonita Springs, Naples area, are there any decent MX tracks in the area?

In between Tampa and Orlando. Located well for everything. Went to Orlando today took 40 min but we don't have to deal with the Orlando traffic as if you are living there. 30 min from Tampa

They changed that for this weekend.. I also got in contact with them and they said spectating is $10 this weekend. Their site is misleading...

One more question, I could find work in the Melbourne area fairly easily because of what I do, How is that area for MX? Yeah I pulled up Lakeland, you're pretty close to Stewarts compound.

$3 waters, thats pretty funny, When Jerry Jones built (with Taxpayer money) cowboys stadium for $1.2 billion they purposely didn't put in water fountains. They charge $6 for a water so.............

Any gate fee for a practice day is BS. I would never support tracks that pull crap like that.

Where do you live that you don't have to pay gate fees? Every track in Florida you do

Not one track in Ohio does.

The track operator has to pay for liability insurance to cover every person who steps onto his property. The tracks that don't cover their costs by charging a gate fee either don't have liability insurance or don't have a good understanding of how to run a business.

Either way, you won't be getting in "freeh" to many tracks for very long.

Ridiculous assumptions on your part. Guess I should enjoy it while I can. I honestly don't see most OH tracks charging for entrance on practice days anytime soon. I could see one or two trying it though. Guess we'll see.
Just to be clear, I am talking about fees for spectators. Of course riders pay a fee to ride the track on practice days.

There is four major tracks near Fort Myers and numerous private tracks. I ride a private track that is better than most of the tracks in the state with perfect dirt. There is lots of places to ride.

Not an assumption.

As a former track operator, I understand how liability insurance works, it doesn't cover riders- it covers people on the property against natural hazards and against the property owner's negligence. Every single person that enters the track property increases the track owner's exposure and insurance costs.
