I just saw the entry-list and I'm not impressed, I only see J. Martin and Musquin as title contenders and that's it. Very strange why there's an East and West competition while there aren't many top riders. Don't expect much from Bogle, Davalos, Friese or Cunningham. And the European rookie Tonus isn't familiar with racing on Supercross tracks but he might get some podiums.

From what I've seen from Jordan Smith, he's one to keep an eye on

Well in the West there is only one title contender at the moment, so you saying the East is twice as strong as the West?

I actually think the opposite. East looks far more interesting than the west coast. Cannot wait for tomorrow!

Easy to say after 6 rounds, Webb has done a great job but I expected way more from Hill.

Agree on Savatgy, he's my dark horse.

Jordan Smiths injured isn't he, didn't he break a wrist or something recently?

I think Tonus will be better than people are expecting.

Bogle was lucky as Cianciarulo got injured and Musquin didn't race.

Again, we're going on what if's. Bogle won last year. Yes AC and Martin were leading when AC went out, but Martin was giving AC all he wanted and Bogle ended up beating him. I don't remember all the circumstances, but I would have to say that Bogle will be in the mix for the title. I tend to agree that a healthy Musquin may be the favorite, but barring injury, I also feel that Bogle will have the speed to contest Marvin.

Wow! Discounting the 2014 East coast 250 champ. Bogle won the series by 39 points. You are not a smart man are you?

I would love to luck into a Championship.

The guy obviously needs to change career and become a professional blackjack player. Kid obviously has some 777's on his side.

You can't base the riders performance this year on their performance last year, especially on the Lites... There are some big hitters in the East Coast.

ah! another one of those guys. discounting someone's title by the coulda, woulda, shoulda syndrome. Bogle won the championship because he earned the most points by racing. Using your logic we can go back to the beginning of motocross and start discounting championships by who was or wasn't there and put the "lucky" star by their name. Pretty sure most past champs wouldn't be too happy about that. It's pretty simple really...you can't WIN if you don't race and that goes for whatever reason....

Yeah I was really hoping Hill would take the title this season. I like the kid. Too bad he started out with an illness. Then this last weekend with his leg was another unfortunate issue. Oh well.

Not one gate drop yet, nor a practice lap for 250East. A little premature to discount these guys already. I'm looking forward to it, myself. Go Jimmy D.

I actually think it's one of the best 250 East lineups we've seen in quite a few years. Looking forward to it

Ha Ha. I'm pretty sure that they don't have ANY drug laws there either so that could explain his incompetence.

What are we not remembering. Adam and Martin were fighting it out for the top spot until Adam's season ending injury. Bogle finished ahead of Martin by 39 points. Yes, Martin missed the final two events, but Bogle still may have won without that fact. Martin would have had to make up 40 points on Bogle in the last two events. Would he have done that. Doubtful.

Justin Bogle Martin Davalos

Really excited to see what Arnaud can do in SX (and in the Nationals later of course), tbh I'd quite forgotten about him. As for the title, I think Marvin is probably my favourite. The West has been good but it's started to turn into a bit of a one man show just lately with Cooper murdering everybody. Much more anticipation for the East coast championship at the moment.

250s are kind of weak all around this year. I expect as good of racing in the east if not better than the west.

I agree that Marvin should be the favorite going in. I hope he stays healthy. His speed and technique are quite impressive and he has had some misfortune with injuries. He has the desire though and on top of that, he is a great guy it seems.

I agree. Look at the talent that moved up the past two years. Some serious talent. It should still be competative and fun to watch though.

I heard he broke his wrist like a week ago, maybe 2 weeks. I had high hopes for him as well.
