It does look pretty freakin sexy and weight aside, there seems to be lots to like about this new steed.

Looks good. Reminds me of the 2028 model
OK, now that's funny right there. I don't care who you are.

Looks like they sure there a lot of money at at the suspension. Hope it performs accordingly.

For the amount of time they had to design the bike, plus an extra 12 months, It's a real let down. I was expecting much more. Very dissapointed with the overall weight.

For those making "weight" comments...

Seems to me it weighs the same as the CRF and the YZF...?

Well...at least it's a pretty pig.Sick

I like the blue accents and the gold suspension components. Put gold rims on it and it would look really good.

So sad that the manufacturer that once led the way in lightweight bikes has lost their direction. But then again, they are paying for letting DeCoster leave and help make his third manufacturer dominant.

Which both added electric start.

With no E start !

Same weight and no e-start, I was hoping it would compete with the euro bikes. Now I just hope it's cheap.

Wish they went with a black gas tank. Now any seat cover other than blue won't match well.

I gurantee every single one of you commenting on weight couldn't feel the difference between any 450 out there right now. You guys are too much. Weight doesn't matter on the vet track guys

The fuel tank is black, that's just a plastic cover. You could easily wrap it, cover it with a sticker, paint it, or I'm sure there will be different colored aftermarket versions.

Maybe not on an MX track, but in the woods you will. Every time you make a mistake.

The weight difference between a RMZ450 and a KTM450 while riding is very easy to notice, I suspect you are talking about which one is heavier to look at?

I am really surprised that they didn't make it a bit lighter so when they add the e-start it compares weightwise to the others.

Maybe they have some future engine redesign coming that would make the weight offset when e-start is added?

They can just go back to 2017 forks to get that weight. Blush

Why are you buying a Motocross bike for woods? Buy an EXC.

Maybe some of us don't buy a new, different bike for each type of competition that we partake in.

Looks fantastic. I like the new suspension and it looks awesome out the box.

As for the weight, I'm starting to think Zook are purposely making the bike a bit of a pig. Maybe the extra pounds help in the corners?
