Working on a crf 450 project only motor mod will be remap and full exhaust, have it down to yosh, or fmf..,Anybody use either on the crf? pro, cons, between the duals and single side fmf, other then weight. From the research looks like the single side saves even more weight, better power. cheaper , Any advantage using the duals, imo they look awesome also, lower sound. more parts, more $$, more to replace if broken. though , thanks for the opinions.

I had Yosh on mine, kept duals, loved the look and sound, crashed hard a few times but never broke exhausts so never was a concern for me, I recommend a hotter cam too

Why not support a guy who posts on this forum? I'm becoming a bigger and bigger fan of the way Rocket looks..... if I had a four stroke I'd give them a try

I got a single on mine. Dropped 2 1/2 kilos. Was an arrow slip-on
Real happy with it.

Yoshi dual hands down. I have a lot experience with both. The quality is worth the money. And you will lose horsepower going single.

Thanks for the kind words. We worked really hard trying to overcome some of the shortcomings of the power delivery of the engine. We ended up with more mid and top and if you want to take it to the next level we have cylinder head mods that will put it on par with factory engines. Pm me or email don@rocketexhsust.com and I'll give you the options. Of course you'll have to pay for the service.

I'd suggest going with Don as well if it's still an option. I went with dual carbon for my '15 CRF450 and with the 25% off discount it was something like $800 which was a no brainer. Plus I was able to deal with Don directly and he really took care of me. Between the exhaust, a Rekluse manual w/Torqdrive and a Power Flow air filter the bike reallllly woke up.

x4 for Rocket. I ordered the single for my CRF, makes it extremely convenient working directly with the owner.
