Not an easy one to pick this year. Hard to count out Dungey and Reed, but my Money is on Roczen.

I hope Roczen but tbh if Tomac starts like he did in Genova and Bercy, I dont think theres anyone that can beat him.

So I'll go with Tomac (for the title, not A1)

I think it could come down to Roczen and Tomac with Roczen getting the title.

Would like to see Canard or Reed win though.

I think the only way anybody ends up with more points than Dungey is if they go on a Villopoto-like dominant streak. Dungey has been just too consistent over the years and I think it's going to take more than a couple of wins and a bunch of podiums to beat him in points.

That being said, I think Roczen, Canard, Tomac, Millsaps, and Reed are all capable of getting hot enough to do that.

I have to agree with TropicPilot on this one. I think for any of these guys we would all admit that going the speed that they are on these difficult tracks, one mistake could be a serious blow to their season. I hope that is not the case because this season should be amazing and we'll see plenty of winners! With that said, history tells me that Dungey is generally the workhorse and with that new KTM I think he'll be due for a few wins and lots of consistent finishes helping him clinch the title.

Either way I am a huge fan of the sport and good luck to all of these guys!!

I'm gonna guess that Roczen will take this, but I'd like for Reed to win it.

Tomac is going to be fast and will win a few. However, this will be his first full year in Supercross so I am expecting some mistakes. Long season.

Like every new season the past few years, there are so many variables left to be discovered.....and with the 2 dominant guys from last year out and the new pack of dudes coming in, there is for sure many guys lining up that can win races....Dungey spent more races than ever off the podium last year....5 in a row if I recall.....and unless he steps it up I think guys like Wilson, Anderson and Seely may push him further back behind Canard, Tomac, Milsaps, Reed on your average nights....

Canard - Would love to see this guy have a great year..no injuries..if he can stay in the fight he will be top 3 at the end of the year.

Millsaps - Going off the MEC results is one thing, but seeing how he fairs a A1 will show what the year may play out...Wouldn't mind seeing DM18 have a great year as well and if he won the title Id be pleasantly surprised.... What is the longest duration of race seasons a rider has been active in the 450 class (or old 250 days) before they won their first title? Milsaps has been around a while

Roczen - Title is his for the taking and is a top favorite.....although I have a feeling things may not go to plan.....wouldn't be surprised if he took over the dominating roll or flounders

Tomac - I think honestly is second in line as a title favorite....He has all the credentials to take that top step and he just may come out on top

Reed - Good ol' Reed... He will be up there for sure and you have to pull for the old guy....There is such thing as over confidence and I sense a little bit of that this year for some reason ...last year he had some great rides followed by another uncharacteristic (what appeared to be to me) pushing the limits crash as he was battling for 4th/ 5th spot at " his house".... so we'll have to see....Reed always paints the perfect picture and does all the preseason " i'm in it to win it and you forgot to include my picture on the billboard" mind games...you cant count him out....until he is out...

Consistency will win this championship. For that reason I pick Reed. I predict he will a race or two, but be on the podium more often then not, and that is what it is going to take. I don't think anyone will win more then 3 races all season.

To all you Trey fanboys, A canard is an unfounded rumor or story. Just sayin'. GO ELI..........

I love watching the Dunge' ride, and his consistency is great... as long as you don't mind NOT winning championships!
Since his rookie season SX title, he's gone 3(RV 1'st, Reedy 2'cd), 3(RV 1'st, Davi 2'cd), 3(Again RV 1'st, Davi 2'cd) and 2.

As you can see, when there are multiple guys who are on his level of speed you can't confidently predict he's going to win the title on consistency! And this field, even without James and RV, has plenty of guys who are on his level or above. And that have also beaten him in the past numerous times.

ICE Trey from a few years back would've been my pick, so unless he's got that mojo back I'll take Eli. As he seems to have the "eye of the tiger" in him.
