For 2015 my goal is to ride, ride and ride some more. Woohoo

I've spent the last four years cleanig up after the economic meltdown. During that time I closed a business that had over 120 employees without going BK. As I toiled in this process good friend commented that I was an entrepreneur in reverse. Hmmm.
I very pound that I was Abel to complete this and pay everyone off who helped and worked with me. I've been able to buy a nice home with a 35 x 18 shop for buy bikes..... and have a good job.

Time to ride!!!!!

Same here. It all depends on if I can stay healthy and not get hurt AND it all balances out with my work. To much work is less riding , to little of work I won't be able to afford to do much. It's a balancing act with me. Although I have been working my ass off for the past couple months and getting some good money saved.......so far this next year is really looking up.

Also.....I plan on trying to ride as much as possible , but I also plan to do some racing! Last year was a terrible year for me as far as being able to ride. Rode up until June....then got hurt. Rode twice in Sept at Albany and once at Riverdale in October. That's it......that's all I got last year and it sucked!

I was last on my bike in September...that was a multiple day ride high in the Sawtooth Mountains north of Sun Valley. Very difficult single track. It took 100% focus!?

This year - Wednesday afternoons at Albany SX, some GP's and trail riding. Perhaps a few MX races thrown in for good measure. I need to get the KTM KX 500 figured out plus the 2015 FE 250 will be here soonWoohoo

Tim I may try and join you a few times for some Wed practices down at Albany. I didn't go there at all last summer , but the summer before I think I hit it twice. I wasn't to thrilled with the track prep or layout though. Not near as good as their weekend practice days. I also found out it's better to hit Albany weekends on when the aren't running the sand drags. They use more of the track and a hell of a lot more parking!

Hey Rick.....Riverdale is just right outside Toutle. Off the i-5 freeway heading north it would be exit 149. You head east about 10-12 miles. rack is right there on your right. Fun track during the spring and fall. Can be knarly in the winter and slick as hell during the summer.

Started the new year with a ride, was expecting some rain last night but got snow instead, not very common in Southern AZ.
I know for some of you this is not even a dusting, but for our desert it is rare.
Some of the ride was like a skating rink but most was just plain old fun. The main goal 2015 is to acquire another rental house to help me pay for riding.

Start getting in shape sooner and ride more!

What I hate about living in Wisconsin is that by the time I get in great riding shape the season is more than half over and then winter hits. Starts back over again in April ( if weather permits).

The older I get the longer it takes me to get back into riding shape- I imagine when I hit 50 by the time I get in shape the season will end!

By "in shape" I mean being able to race two classes ( 4 motos) on the weekend at full speed without getting tired and slowing down.

My goal this year is to beable to do 2x30minute motos on my 450 at 95%. Use to be able to do it on a 250f but the 450 is another story. So that means more cycling and running.

Kick Serious Ass in school.
Go on at least 25 "Date Nights" with my beautiful, understanding wife.
Be kinder to those I dislike.

Recently sold my bike, thought I would take a break, and got into Mountain biking ( bought Santa Cruz Bronson), its amazing however my goal for 2015 is to get back into moto, missing it way too much. Its truly the best sport on earth.

Never works out the way you want because one chic is always hotter and you will pay more attention to her...then the other one gets jealous and pissed off.....

First one is to not get hurt.. had an injury early season last year that made everything hard work , and took my focus away a little, but got some speed back towards the end, so hoping i can run well enough this year to go for the points win after coming close last year, trying to win a series in a different country is hard, but its doable , and even if we dont win , its still a great series, the Vets class is fast but fun .

But as long as we get some good races , and i ride my best , i'll be happy.

And we get our biggest national MX series back this year in the UK to , so i'm looking forward to announcing those again, great racing with good people is always fun.
