The first turns are also very different, and it's interesting that the scoring/team manager structure is separated from the finish line area.

It took me a minute to figure out "East Ruthersford". The Seattle track looks to have some new features, Toronto in the stands is cool. It would be neat if they took a bit of the stuff from Bercy and threw it in, the tracks still are a little cookie cutter to me. Last year they seemed to (at the beginning) be making the jumps a bit bigger and steeper, not "scrubbable" like the 80's and 90's. It seemed to fade a bit as the year went on and the tracks got more "450", high speed vs, high air. I like the big steep jumps, intimidating triples, that is what made SX cool, hopefully they can bring some of that back if the tracks are going to keep the same designs.

Where are the joker lanes? J/K I'm a little too buzzed to fully comprehend the tracks, there's a few little cool things here and there, but mostly looks like more of the same.

Most of them actually seem pretty unique to me. That turn in the stands is cool, and it looks like there may be a few split lanes which is cool. The one thing I don't understand is all the wasted space on the Oakland track!

I see plenty of nice, big, juicy bowl turns! NICE! And no more stupid sand sections to fill in for sections where they just ran out of ideas. Double NICE!

Would be cool to see whoop sections longer than 7 whoops though.

Atlanta and East Rutherford lap 1 will be amazing with those starts and it's good to see Detroit taking it into the stands

Some cool tracks, although as usual all subject to change.

I hope the courses allow the season to give us the racing we should have this year, both classes look to be as competitive as ever, roll on A1

What tracks are you looking at? 7 of the tracks have sand sections and all but 2 of them have whoop sections that have more than 7 whoops in them.

Looks good to me. I like the sand sections. I did'nt like all the wall jumps last year. I can only see one this year (Vegas) and it's in the middle of a sand section. Can be interesting on the first lap and with lapped riders. Hope Millsaps is back by then and launches it.

I was thinking the other day for the monster cup it'd be sweet if they set up a jump up into and off the top of the stands like the old peristyle...

It was pretty badass watching them launch that edge back in the day!

Looks like they took a few cues from the MEC track design... not quite joker lane, but they have several tracks with "option lanes." It also seems that a few of the tracks are more high speed like the MEC and I love the old Pontiac style turn at Detroit. Going into the stands has to be a tough decision because it removes paying seats.

Hopefully no first turn crashes at St. Louis, they will have 5-10 seconds before the leader comes back by.

Funny that they made the Georgia Clay red in the image.

Looks like they made a concerted effort to include a lot more 180 degree turns in the tracks, especially in the baseball stadiums.

Makes for a lot of passing opportunities.

Is that two wall jumps or a big double going across the start straight at Atlanta?

Those tracks have RVs name all over them! Smile

The tracks look amazing this year. Can't wait to hit up Indy and Detroit.

I noticed that. I hope it is a big double over the straight but it will probably be two walls.
