2014 or 2015 Rmz 450

Edited Date/Time 9/9/2014 7:36pm
I'm gunna be buying a new rmz in the next week or two, so I was just wondering what people's thoughts are on the '14 450 and the '15 450. I'll mostly be trail riding/ enduro racing it so would it be worth buying the '15 or just get the '14 for less money

A friend just bought a 14 mainly because he didn't want the suspension of the 15.

14 all the way. '15 has nicer suspension IMO, but for woods riding I would actually prefer the sff pneumatic fork on the 14. Save the money, get the 14 and put the extra money into a pipe, hand guards, fww, or whatever else you need!!!

As someone who owns a 2013 which is pretty much the same as the 2014 Id say get a 2015 no questions about it..

The SSF fork on the 13-14 is incredibly stiff and needs a revalve to be even rideable in my opinion..I put 5hrs on mine before I had it revalved and those things were brutal....also the 2013-2014 frame is not the most forgiving.....if you are riding offroad that is going to be even more important....there is a reason why all the race teams used the 2012 and older frames until the new 2015 came out....Im slow and I can feel the stiffness in the frame so Id imagine it would be noticeable to most people...other than that its a great bike though...I just think the 2015 is going to be a better platform to start with

If you are trail riding and racing enduro's, you may as well do yourself a massive favor and get a KTM XC
