No problem,

I think my 08 crf manual had a spring spec for front and back, like stock and what is offered on either side of that.

Look on each end on the spring,if you are lucky the rate may be engraved there.

If stock is a .44 then it prolly is a lttle less in reality, they use shitty spring steel, imo.

.48 should do it ,I like a stiff fork and ran .54 on the 08 crf450 .

I probably still have the stock ones and a set of .52 if they still use the same id/od springs.

I will look for what i got left, you find out if they will work and I will give them to you.

FRONT FORK SPRINGS
Recommended Fork Spring Rate: 0.486 kg/mm (use closest available)

Stock Fork Spring Rate: .47 kg/mm(stock)

This is the one we'd recommend:
RT FRK SPR 44.0x460mm .48kg FRSP 444648 $114.99

Keep in mind, springs will help set the balance of the bike; while valving controls the suspension's action and feel.

If you decide to order from Race Tech, mention VitalMX for a 20% off discount. You can shoot me an email anytime at chris@racetech.com and I will help you out.

I figured about a .44 would be stock, like I posted, what they claim and what it is can be vastly different.

I made a jig to measure my own rates on. Nothing more than a pipe on a base that the spring slides over.

A plate sets on top of the spring then i add weight and measure.
