I was going over the riders that will be on the open market at the end of the year. Including current 450 guys as well as 250 riders that will more than likely be moving up. When you see this list you can see why guys like Barcia want their deal done early. Some guys are going to get left out in the cold as there simply is not enough spots available.
Current 450 riders available for 2015 -
Justin Bracia- No secret that Barcia is not happy with his bike this year. Early reports having him going to JGR for 2015.
Trey Canard - Trey had a solid season last year but a broken arm has put him on the sidelines again so far in 14. If Barcia does leave I think Honda re - signs Trey for sure.
Ken Roczen - The golden boy of 14. Even though there is a lot of talk about Kenny going to factory Kawi for 15 I don't think Red Bull / KTM lets him get away. After all Kenny is German and with both Red Bull & KTM being German/Austrian based companies I just don't see them letting him walk.
Davi Millsaps - Davi is still about a month away from racing again after his ACL surgery. It was well known that he was ready to walk away from Rockstar racing and almost signed with 22 Motorsports for 14. Will he stay put for 15 or does he go shopping?
Jake Weimer - I don't see Weimer back with factory Kawi in 15. Where will he end up?
Justin Brayton - After a solid SX season so far this year I really think JGR will keep Brayton. His biggest issue the last few years is he has been terrible outdoors. That surely hurts his value.
Josh Grant - Another tough year for Josh as he has already missed a few races this year due to injury. I really think its going to be tough on him to get a decent ride for 15 unless he lights the world on fire during the nationals.
Broc Tickle - Mr. Plain Cheese Pizza has added some red pepper for 2014. He is a solid top 10 guy indoors and out. I say he stays @ RCH as their 2nd rider.
Josh Hill - Hill is another guy that needs some good finishes to have a chance at a good ride for 15. And he needs to do it before the SX season is over. As the outdoors has never been his strong suit.
Andrew Short - Shorty is a solid top 10 rider indoors and out. I say he re - signs with BTO/KTM.
Matt Goerke - Goerke is off from where he was in 13. He should have some better finishes outdoors, he needs some results if he wants a chance at a decent ride for 15.
Weston Peike - Peike will have a serious ride for 15.....STAMP IT! I say BTO/KTM or RCH.
Ivan Tedesco - IT9 has been filling in for an injured Millsaps. I have to say he is doing better than I thought he would after a year on the sidelines. Will he race again in 15? Does anyone give him a serious look as a 2nd or 3rd rider on a team I think is the question?
Phil Nicoletti - Have not seen enough of Phil this year to really know what he's capable of on the JGR Yamaha.
250 Riders Scheduled to move up to the 450 class for 2015 that are available ( a few of these Im not 100% on).
Dean Wilson - I think its a no brainer that Dean signs on to team 22 as a 2nd 450 rider to Chad in 15.
Jason Anderson - I think Anderson will be a very hot property this silly season. No word on where he might go for 15.
Cole Seely - I heard Seely could end up on either a Yosh Suzuki or a factory Honda in the 450 class for 15.
Marvin Musquin - Marvin is another guy I think will have several teams interested for 15. Lots of talent indoors and out.
Blake Baggett - Does he have what it takes to be a top 450 rider in SX? I guess we will find out soon enough. The question is with shopping among this crowd how much interest will he get?
Matin Davalos - I picked Davolos to win the 250 east title this year. Will be interesting to see if he can find a solid 450 ride for 15 if he wins the title. Have we ever had a 450 rookie that was 28 years old?
Christophe Pourcel - Signed with Valli Yamaha for the 14 , 250 nationals. Will he impress enough to gain interest for a 450 ride in 15? Who knows.....first things first.....will he actually show up for the nationals? For now that is the bigger question.

I bet he is going to Factory Honda
KTM will keep their current crop of riders why would they want anyone else or want to lose them? They are a very solid team and very well managed.
The Shop
KTM and Red Bull are both Austrian based.
I can just see them moving their KTM line-up around though. Marvin will probably move up and onto a Husky, and maybe they will sign another 450 rider and a 250 rider.
I think Yamaha might step in with more of a factory team. They seem to be stepping up their programme again, and they haven't really had a title contender since Stewart back in 2011.
Perhaps Yamaha would sign someone like Barcia? Then Cooper Webb on a 250?
How about Baggett replacing Weimer on the Kawi? It makes sense as a progression from Factory Circuit and he kills it in the outdoors.
I think Seely will just stay with TLD and go onto a 450. He is already committed to riding a 450 on the same team in the outdoors isn't he?
1. WP would kill it on the Honda. He's just a great talent anyway, and rides hard. Honda needs that.
2. I thought RV said '15 would be his last season...for Kawasaki, and for racing period.
3. Don't know what Millsaps will ride for '15...but it's pretty apparent that he dislikes the KTM.
4. I definately see Baggett replacing Weimer on Kawasaki. He is a warrior indoors, is all business & hauls ass outdoors.
5. Yamaha needs to come to the party in a big way. Webb in the 250's & a challenger on the 450 (Barcia via JGR?).
6. How about Dungey? I just don't think he's as happy at KTM as Roczen is. Is this the Dunge's last year with KTM also?
The silly season threads are always the worst for this. The reasoning people come up with for certain riders going to certain places is absolutely comedic.
Pit Row
You douches really need to stop makin shit up, the. Spreading it around like its a fact.
More of that strange, speculative thinking I was talking about. Not trying to single you out.
for example, davistld01 is rumored to enjoy shemale porn. probably complete bullshit, but now if you argue it, i point out the word rumor, criticize your reading comprehension, and call you a douche.
but more seriously I really cant believe that all 30 people who are posting on this have all this "insider information" that is months away fromh happening. its all great guessing and putting your favorite riders on your favorite bikes. But to the guy who thinks peick on a honda would be good, have you seen this linebacker dude? how do you think he would do on that oddly setup frame with all the weight on the front wheel and the slowest bike on the circuit, i think hes perfectly suited on his zuk.
Don't forget Davi is also well known to be a "Great " test rider. He can pretty much set up anything. There were certain races on that Yamaha he had that bike pretty dang dialed. I think the KTM has an even better platform compared to what the Yamaha had a couple years ago.
Davi also mentioned that " He's sticking with KTM "....and this was said shortly after getting off that Suzuki. BUT.....I gotta say , that Suzuki looked awesome underneath him!
