I accidentally posted this in the tech section last night and just wanted to share here.
The Cr 250 I bought was a farm bike... Still had the stock Dunlop 756's on it, and probably was never washed or torn apart and greased. Good thing is that since it wasn't pressure washed, most bearings were still good... They were preserved in crud! I still had to do some bearings, top end, sprockets, chain, tires, cables, bars, grips, levers, gaskets, cables, clutch perch, most plastics, graphics and seat cover, air filter. Here are the pictures in order throughout the project so far.
I've only owned the bike since last Monday so it has been a super fast turn around. Overall, under the dirt, it is turning out to be a very good bike. Wheels, and tires and it should be done tonight!

Nice job!
Last year I did a 04 RM 125. It was trashed when I got it but it ran good. Cylinder ended up being scratched so I sent it out for re-chrome - things like that, took away 275 from my margin but oh well. Bought that one for 500, had 1700 into it and sold it for 2650.
I usually make 400-1400 per flip.

Glad I didn't let him talk me down like he was trying.
That thing was on CL for several months though bastard.
