After one hour on my 2017 fc450, it sucked the gasket and spat out oil. It's a bad design slave cylinder and needs to be used with an o ring 32mm not stock.
Now at 20 hours, I lost the clutch all together and it dumped brake fluid into my oil. Happened in the pits thankfully.
Anyhow, it's a common problem I found after Google lol. A company from the UK has a billet one. With BREXIT, it's good value. Apparently other fc bikes have a different setup.

I wonder if this slave would work on a KTM?
The Shop
I recently put 850 miles on the total Rekluse solution RadiusCX Kit ...including the Core EXP 3.0 auto-clutch.
I've been running their racing clutches, aka "TorqDrive", since late 2013 when I started testing them on a factory prepared KTM 450 SXF "FE". I'm not gonna say anything other than these are the best clutches I've run. Ever.
About my recent Core EXP3.0 test in Baja...I am not totally convinced that I need to run the "auto-clutch" (EXP part of it) at this time; HOWEVER, it suuuuuuuuure is NICE in really NASTY-CRAPPY-CHALLENGING ROCKY SECTIONS FROM HELL! So, obviously, I'm one of those guys that's not totally into the "auto" thing...but...I -AM- of the opinion that it IS easier on me "in the long run". It really is.
Any-hoo...the Rekluse came with an entirley different Slave Cylinder that's adjustable and made from Billet.
It's typical Rekluse. What does that mean?
It's EXCELLENT.
It works.
It's made to exacting tolerances and looks beautiful.
If your dealer also carries ktm, they might be able to fit the brembo unit.
All balls has a rebuild kit for the magura also.
It's ironic, because it was just the other day I was praising the magura unit on our Suzuki that's been hammered for 10 years and never been touched.
