So my very good friend finally broke down and got one. The last tiddler I rode was back in 13' during KTMs ride day.
Dude- let me tell you, this little thing is the real deal. Motor is absolutely sick. Much more broad than I would have guessed. Although it did take a couple laps to get acclimated, it was a freakin' blast. Forks did indeed suck, but, to be fair it's a brand new bike. I'm sure they'll improve a bit once broken in.
My friend is very short, and in his 50's, but absolutely hauls the mail on it..He's always had a talent for riding small bore 2 strokes. We've all been on 450's over the last 10-12 yrs, but I tell ya, his lap times are better on the lil' KTM.
If any of you Vets ever get a chance to ride one of these gems, don't hesitate.
I'll be day dreaming of my laps this coming week!

The Shop
http://fresno.craigslist.org/mcy/5404323741.html. Throw in the 200 motor and ohlins and we got a deal.
I just ordered a full FMF exhaust in hopes it helps distribute power more evenly.
