Probably ten or more, with the starts he gets. The guy is a holeshot machine.

I say 7. He'll play it smart unless Marvin pushes him. He's no dummy.

Majority.. 8+... hope I'm wrong. Yea good point, Dunge seems to be willing to take 2nds and not push it if theres no reason. its all about winning the war for dunge, not the battles.

I wouldn't be so quick to write a blank check to him. Yes, he'll win a lot. But there are ebbs and flows to any season.

I say 7 - 8. He'll play it safe and give Marvin a few wins.

I hope he runs the table...as unlikely as that is, there really isn't anyone else on his level right now...so he certainly could do it, it's not likely, but if there was ever a season it could be done, it's this one.

When he and Ken were really pushing each other (at San Diego), they beat third by what? 30 seconds? That's his potential... nobody else is even close-at the moment. Cooper could figure out 450 SX racing...Maybe J. Stewart will surprise us? Marvin could find the magic...but for all intents and purposes, the rest of the races are Dungey's to lose.

A few more contenders might crash out of the season, I wouldn't be surprised if he wraps it up early, my guess 11 doesn't need any more, probably doesn't want to take less

Oh and he will be going as slow as he possibly can to win the championship.
Thats the correct way to do it ( apparently).

13. Eli will win Daytona again and get us all excited for his MX awesomeness. Then when MX starts back up Dungey will remind us why he's currently the best.

I see at least 1 or 2 from Seely, he is starting to find his place.

Anderson, 1 or 2

MM is going to win a race for sure and if he wins 1 maybe 2 happens.

Eli will win a race this year, and maybe more if his issues get ironed out.

6-7 for Ryan Dungey !---BUT---! Ryan will be on the box at all rounds.

6, 7 maybe..Moosecan and Ando and Seely and Webb coming in to his own. Several guys can take a win now.

Whatever the number is from last year +/- 1 or 2. The landscape and Dungey's approach is still very similar.

Damn he's an awesome rider but getting so high in the history ranks will be so unfair to riders like Chad or RV...Like Vettel having the same titles than Alonso. Numbers don't tell the whole story indeed.

Good question! I think 7. Would have to think that Musquin, Tomac, Anderson, maybe Seely all have a win in them. Would love to see Reed get one!!!

How's it unfair to Reed and RV exactly?

At the risk of looking like a suck up...winning these things is not easy. Its not just Dungey who view the increased opportunity to win, its a lot of guys and a few of these are still thinking championship I'm sure. There will be plenty of great racing yet this season. The thing is Dungey is smart enough not to count his chickens....that is what makes him so good. He respects everyone and doesn't take anything lightly or for granted. I will say he will enough of them to secure the championship, and that is it.

What? Reed never had anything for RC or Stewart... I know time clouds people's judgements but most of the Reed vs. Stew battles consisted of James blowing by Reed and Reed responding by dive bombing Stews front wheel a turn or two later. His only hope was to take his competition out. He was one of the biggest cry babies for years, but everyone forgets about that because he has been humbled the last few years.
