You need either a wired controller or an Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver.

I am using the controller that you have to plug in. Its the charge and play controller

Yes the wireless gaming receiver is what you would need for that specific controller to work. I'm not sure if the xbox one and xbox 360 ones are different...you would have to look into that yourself.

A wired USB controller is the other option. Xbox 360 ones are the best, the windows drivers are solid and they work great for Reflex, along with any game that has controller support. If you buy a cheap one, the analog controls don't have the same level granular control. IE they aren't as responsive as the xbox controllers.
