Sounds awesome. Seems like they have put a lot of effort into key components, they obviously had to make a few sacrifices (like not track editor and MXdN) but overall it sounds fuckin awesome.

I'm wondering the same thing about the region. Their last MX game, MUD, worked fine on a US 360. However, I hear that MotoGP13 did not work on US Xbox 360. I'll get the game one way or another but it would be nice if we see a US release date soon.

This sounds more promising than MUD. I hope there is not a long wait for North America release.

I think he just e-mailed the guys at Milestone a lot (harassment on behalf of MX gamers everywhere) and now he's just kind of an unofficial middle-man. At least that's how I've understood it thus far.

I can see how someone could watch those MXGP vids and not think it looks good. The rider does have a little bit of a stiffness to him. But look at everything else! The scale, the speed, the line choice, it looks so authentic compared to anything else by far and away. It looks like an F1 or MotoGP attempt, I literally cannot wait to get a copy.

Can't understand how they can go on about analyzing real life riders and get the body positioning so wrong. Just doesn't look good at all. Looks like the only disappoint about it out so far though.

the funny thing is we're watching the video not playing it. when you're playing it you're not staring at the rider.

just like in Alive and Reflex, everyone whined about the videos looking like a squid. i never noticed when i was actually playing it.

I pre-ordered a PS3 copy, even though I would have rathered a Xbox copy. There is a place In New York that will have them.

They only have the PS3 version as far as I can tell. They're on Ebay.

We purchased this PS3 game off Amazon. It works great and is my favorite moto game for sure. It's nice to actually play through a full season and progress through the ranks. The best part is you can F up a bit and not go down like MX Reflex. You can bang bars jump off course a bit hit markers and you don't crash ... it allows mortals to play and get into a good groove.

Glad you like it.

It IS a good game and I'm sure if the sales warrant it, they will make a 2nd one and hopefully improve the physics a bit and just update the gear and riders and maybe add a few new tracks. The only way they could F up this game is to throw it away and start basically new for every release like Mx vs Atv did.

The career mode is very good.

By far the best physics of any moto game I've tried, including an early version of MX Sim that I played for awhile. Totally digging this game.
