I thought it was amazing at first. It gets a bit repetitive, and the lack of actual rallies kind of annoys me. Not a fan of the trophy trucks and the rally crosses. The raids are kind of fun, but don't understand why they take away your co-driver. At least dirt one had actual rallies with multiple stages.

But overall it's a very very fun game, and the presentation is amazing.

I would be glad to race, you on PS3 or Xbox? I would have to agree with jw381 though, it gets boring, I'm tired of them saying "hey crash", then they say the same shit over and over. I'm only about 40 percent done with the game and I guess I've seen all the tracks? It had the tools to be the best game ever but they totally bubble gummed it up with BS.

The graphics were nice but I got tired of it after awhile. I guess i'm just not into the whole rally thing. MX vs. ATV Reflex looks like it'll have the flooring graphics of Dirt 2 but with better game play.

lucky you for getting an early go at it I don't really see what you're saying that's so wrong about THQ. their games are the only that have given attention to MX yet at the same time you say they don't care about the MX community. if they didn't care about the community I don't know why they'd be trying to make their MX vs. ATV games better and better.

I know a bunch of people complained when Untamed didn't have branded bikes and stuff so they actually brought i back this time around. so far this game sounds like it'll be way better than Dirt 2, Pure, or Motorstorm 2. it might not be perfect but to me at least they're trying and looks like they've got something that could be #1 among all these dirt racing games. i'm no video game maker but I can't imagine this stuff is easy. mx, atv, and off road stuff doesn't seem as simple to put into game form like football or basketball.

Did THQ ever put out any updates? They could have invested very little time and fixed the online bale issue, they could have release a couple more tracks. The we got your money, tough crap attitude don't cut it with me.

Well for those of us that can't afford a real bike the online stuff is a good substitute. That being said, a few updates could have fixed Untamed and the other problem was the sites holding the tourneys not taking the scoring serious enough. The only way to have a real MX tourney is to have Qualifying races and a main or have the times be correct if you're not running qualifiers. Unfortunately in this day and age you can't trust all the host to report the time correctly. Does anyone know if Reflex will have any kind of online database that reports your quickest lap or overall times? Back in the day we had Xtimes, this was for MCM1, a guy named x_greenoger or something like that made it, I think that was the most fun i've had with video games , you could sit around and try to get a good lap, it was sent to the site and there it was, awsome. Here we are 12 years later and we don't have squat. I thought i read something about dirt2 having something like this? Was i just dreaming? i haven't seen any sort of online community stuff for dirt2? Please don't take my comments as a slam MXoT, i know it's a pain in the ass to run these things and having qualifiers would take 2 or 3 hours to complete the race. It would be cool though you qualify and then you race, your position is your position, screw the times. Oh well.

You sound like this guy

I didn't play Untamed too much. I liked a good amount of it, but I still liked Unleashed better over all. I can see why you guys might be bitter about some things, but I honestly don't think THQ and RBW would be out to gip anyone. Let's get real. I am hoping there'll be some major online features in Reflex. Hopefully we'll find out soon enough.
