I've played some of the older version for PS2, like motogp03 (think it was a different developer.) I was wondering if anyone was playing this game for PC.

The main difference that I noticed from the old version is the slide isn't as forgiving. In motogp03 you could get the rear loose and not have to worry about high siding and you could not have to worry about the lowside as much because the front would push harder before you ate it. Other than that, motogp 08 rocks....although I'm still in the beginning stages of the 125 series. I do it all on simulation and full race laps. I wanted to start out at hard but i've been crashing too much so medium it is.

yeah i don't know if you have ever road raced, but things are a bit more predicatable than that IRL. maybe not for a moto gp bike, but i've ridden 600s and it seems similar to riding on glass at times. either way I can make 10-12 laps without crashing. somtimes my lap times suprise me.

thats a legendary track...not sure if they hold any bike races on it though IRL. Seems like it would be a bit unsafe.

man, i thought this game would take off. really nobody playing online. oh well, the singleplayer has me occupied.

Bring back the PC gaming!!!1

I liked the motogp series back in the day for the ability to get some nice powerslides going and push the frontend. This game is a little bit altered seems like the rear goes quick along with the front.

Tough tough tough... want to go balls to the wall... but you really have to brake and shift at the right times or you are high-side'n.

you should go carreer mode on easy skip practice and qaulifying and do 1 lap races. you will start last on the grid but easy to catch them. you will fly through series quickly while recieving bike upgrade points. once bikes are maxed out enjoy them in online racing. hint use back brake to stop high siding.
