95% sure they are the same, I can't remember fully. Not sure if you have to use the short plug or not. May just be an 05 and up thing bc the motors being different.

2005 tanks will not work on the 2003/2004 bikes. There was a frame change on '05. 2005, 2006, and 2007's are all the same.
