Hi David, i'm a fun of yours since i was a kid and i really enjoy watching you race. I have a simple question to ask. Do you use the clutch when you downshift or not? And do you thing it's good for the bike or there's a possibility to damage it? Thanks in advance, keep rockin'!!

That's interesting DV...alot of people do it the other way around...clutch to upshift, a blip of the throttle to downshift. I don't clutch to upshift either...and I do clutch when downshifting.

Do you refrain from clutching for upshifts so as not to hit the rev limiter? Also, I would guess that you clutch while downshifting because of the engine braking with the four stroke. Would that guess be correct?
