Just wondering who you guys would go with to get the engine as close to spec as an original race engine ? there was a company from Aus who worked close with pc but they have shut the doors . Cheers

I would probably recommend the company that built the engines you are trying to replicate!

Hate to be the one to give the bad news. You won't get close to a spec engine unless you buy an ex pc race bike from an amateur or find one for sale. I have had 4 pc bikes and only 2 of them had spec engines. Pc does not give "us" the same specs or even close.

Chad Watts who was Carmichael's mech back in the late 90s PC days, and does replica motors. He's doing a 99 kx125 Carmichael rep for someone right now i saw on instagram, but I'm not sure how good it'd be. RC would have been running factory carb/gearbox etc setups back then that nobody can really replicate nowadays.
