Hi guys,
I´m pretty new to the forum but anyway I have decided to show you my own build. This is my 2012 KXF 450 that I bought 2 years ago, it definitely needed some care although it looked very clean:

I have some parts to put on it:
Pro Circuit link
Neken triple clamps
Warp9 footpegs, brake pedal and shifter
Oversized radiators
Renthal Twinwall 996
Boyesen clutch cover and supercooler
New cases, piston, valves, etc.
And this is where I am at right now, waiting for some wheels to arrive and to assemble the whole engine:

I am also wondering what´s the best exhaust system for this bike, any suggestions?

I had the full fmf rct 4.1 megabomb with a remap,Moto tassanari air boot, screenless air filter cage, race fuel. Bike ripped geared ,13/51 for MX. The PC ti6 is good also for that bike
The non-pro version. , Imo all the pipes are good, depends on budget, power you want and finally looks.

Yeah I was considering Fmf, Pro Circuit or Yoshimura. I would like some more low end power. Also I'm not completely sure about Ti, does it hold up well? Thank you for your input!

Low end power fmf ,all.day. and ss is more durable than ti,. And ti is lighter more $$. Durability is decent, depends on track, roost, crash etc. All good products. No problem man.

The clamps are on as well as the forks, but can´t go on with the assembly until I have the engine back. It is easier to work on it when there are fewer parts.

We have been also working on my brother´s 2011, waiting for some Galfer braided lines to arrive.

The black frame makes the Flo Green look insane! I was also thinking about powder coating mine as well, but I don't want it to be too much dark. Big fan of the brushed aluminum look.

This is the cleanest I could get the throttle body. Makes me realize that I should never buy a used bike again. When we disassembled the engine there was a CIGAR IN IT! I was very lucky, because if that blocked any oil channel I would have been doomed.

Out with the old, in with the new. I hope the cylinder works cylinder is good quality, time will tell.

Also installed the Galfer lines on the 2011, and these things are really nice, very good quality stuff.

Yeah I should have taken a photo, but I immediately threw it away! When my mechanic called me saying there was a cigarette butt in my engine I thought he was joking. That wasn't the case. It was completely soaked in oil. I wonder how did that happen, a complete stupid must have assembled the engine.

Nice build!

Makes me remember how much I loved my12 KX450. Definitely not the best bike I have ever owned, but for some reason my favourite.

Thanks bud! Yeah the 12-15 are my favorite kawis, and although the 2012 doesn't do anything specially right, it doesn't do anything wrong either.

Some Pirelli tires have arrived.

So finally the bike is semi-complete, but I´m still waiting for some parts as well as for mounting the new wheelset. Let me know what you think!

I´m going to take better photos when the bike is complete.

Those shrouds are sweet! I broke the stock shrouds on my 13 out on the first ride, real easy to snag with the boot.

Thank you bud! The graphics on the bike are inspired on Twitch Stenberg's 2014 kawi. My favorite dirt bike of all time.
