Hi guys!
My name is Jeroen Derks from the Netherlands.
From my birth till now i grow up with mx bikes.
My dad raced on national and european level in the late '60s begin '70s.
I restored his Montesa Cappra VB250 1978 witch was in parts in his garage for
20 years. It was the last bike he ride weekly before he stopped a few years.
After a while he bought a Honda CR250 1986 and drove it for fun,
that bike is also still in his garage and i planned to restore that one to in the future....!
After restoring the Montesa (as a surprise) for my dad we came on the idea to find a
bike he drove in the beginning of his carreer.. Our dream was to find a that CZ250 twin or side pipe from the years 1965-1969. A CZ 250 side pipe his drove in 1968 at his first race in competition.
AND WE DID FIND ONE...!
So we start in 2017 a "father & son" project, witch is also a dream for us to have a CZ of that period in our family.
The Honda has to wait a couple of monds/years....
