Just got done building this Cr500af. It's a 2004 crf250 with 01 cr500 motor. What you guys think?

None at all friend if mine did all the fab work on it and everthing fits perfectly. Only thing I noticed is I also have a 01 cr500 steel frame and this one with aluminum frame vibrates way more than the steel frame.

Didn't expect that on my second ride on bike so back to the drawing board new frame new fabricator got all the faith in him going to hold this time.

Wow dude, you're lucky you saw that before breaking yourself off!

Yeah I landed iff jump and felt front end flex away then come back then a,loud rattle. I pulled off and saw that and called it a day. Next one were doing it should be strong as hell I'll post pics when done. This mean machine will ride again soon!

Instead of a straight weld across, I've seen people do it at an angle to get more "surface area" in the weld.
