Did this build at the first of the year and never had the chance to post.

Picked up this clean 2010 YZ December of 2016 and rode it for about 3 months before doing the tear down. I was able to pour some money into this build due to selling out of my race quads. Decided to make the switch from quads because time spent on working on the quad and the amount of money it takes to have a close to pro am quad. The pic below is what i started out with.

In no way do i actually think i even needed to do any updates to this thing (other than suspension) due to my amatuer level on the bike. It amazes me how great a bike can be compared bone stock to a tricked out mx quad.

I also spent the dough on a new rtech kit. After riding it now for a couple of months it was worth the money!!!

The change in seat shape really helps you get to the front of the bike in the corners. if your doubting getting an rtech kit just because you think its all for looks, dont doubt it. It performs very well.... and looks bad azz.

KB5 Industries did an awesome job on the suspension. If you forget about all the cool colors, this suspension rides like a champ regardless of how it looks. The TI nitride coatings do help it ride smooth, but definitely got to give it up to Brad over at KB5 for the awesome work on all the internals.

Fusion graphix did this custom kit for me. They actually had to start from scratch basically for my Rtech plastic, but put in the work to make it really stand out.

If you're wondering what Izzy's Ride means it has to do with my daughter. Her name is Isabelle and we call her Izzy. We haven't got her into riding yet and I wanted to do something for her to show that she is involved with my hobby.

The sea green color is what I wanted. Yes, some might say it's more of a "girly" color, but whatevs it still is a better color than your average graphic kit color.

Please fix that front brake line.. Should be routed inside the fork guard, not outside. Disaster waiting to happen

The plastic and gas tank is the complete rtech kit from Italy. There are a couple of US suppliers carrying these kits and have them in stock. Ebay or ProCircut is the best place to look.

Thank you, sir! I should have picked up on that in the earlier replies. I was thinking of rtech as something completely different! I have an 09 YZ250 that is super clean. Have everything updated plastics wise other than the side plates. Haven't decided if I want to order them or cut mine down. Rtech definitely looks like a good option though!
