The Renthal Twinwall Handlebar ($119.95) uses their patented construction method, where the bars are formed from two aluminum tubes. (Well, actually they like to call it aluminium.) The outer tube is a tough 7010 T73 material, which offers extreme resistance to damage from clamps. The inner tube is a 7010 T6 material. Each tube is anodized, either to prevent corrosion (outer), or to prevent wear from controls and grips (inner), and feature laser-etched positioning grids.
The Twinwall is crossbar-equipped, to add strength while still allowing flex, and a injection-molded pad is installed on every bar.
With nine bends, four colors, there’s something for everyone, and they’ve got a large roster of factory teams using their equipment.
Ready for some additional stocking stuffers?
Renthal’s Grip Glue ($7.95) is specially formulate to provide plenty of adhesion for your grip/bar interface, but without eating up the rubber material and causing the grips to split or fail.
Need a little prevention against thumb blisters? Renthal’s Grip Donutz are a mere $2.95, and are available in Grey, Blue, and Red.
More? How about that factory touch with Renthal Clean Grip Covers? These goodies are relatively inexpensive ($8.95), and are designed so that you can keep your grips clean while working on and transporting your bike. Velcro keep them in place and ready for fast removal, and they’re equipped with Renthal graphics.
And finally, for the last bit of holiday cheer in today’s batch of goodies, we’ve got the Renthal’s Dual Compound MX Grips with Kevlar brand resin ($19.95). With the dual compound construction, you get added durability where you need it in the flanges, inner sleeve and ends, with the grip component of softer compounds.
Renthal takes this a step further by adding Kevlar resin particles to the grip, which allows them to create the softest and tackiest material they’ve produced, but which also lasts much longer than their standard soft grips.
Okay, that’s it for today’s gift ideas. Need more info, or want to order online? Check out renthal.com. Also, don’t forget to leave a comment below to get entered for a chance to win all of them!
