It has always cracked me up how hung up people got with those bikes over the color, I always saw it as like old muscle cars that came in mad colors, they were so badass they could pull it off. It's funny it's not often a pink TM pops up for sale but ... more »

Yep the blue maicos are cool as hell, I remember reading about Maico having some riders doing the Washougal national in the early 90's but I can't remember who the riders were. I've always wanted a blue Maico and a pink TM, I got the TM now I need to ... more »

That TM is a '95 and I bought it there, hopefully I can race it in Super EVO over there next year before I ship it back here. In 97 TM's were blue, it was the first year they were blue. I have one of those too that I am almost finished making race ready

Exactly and that right there is where the problem lies. There are too many people that won't go race if they can't "win" a trophy and unfortuately without all those people racing wont get the numbers. It a vicious circle.

That's an '86 alright, I remember my buddy bought a 250 brand new towards the end of the year.

I hate chrome and platinum pipes more than black rims, but I needed a pipe in a hurry and it was there and it has kinda stayed on there which is how things go sometimes, too many bikes I guess. They are good guys that make a great product.

Thanks sir, but I didn't do too much just supplieed bikes and helped put some parts on, they did most of the work but the crowd that was in their display area all day seemed to love and appreciate the effort that was put in. Thanks for your help with ... more »

It's not flo- green, it's just my KX that I ride and race quite often. They needed a 94-98 KX and mine was there so they made the graphics to match the green on it as the frame isn't flo-green either and it would of looked ridiculous with flo-green graphics ... more »

No, because they didn't make those originally. Ceet made the Peak covers and MXA made the Splitfire ones. I hear that MXA is making the split fire ones again and I have seen some of the peak ones on ebay that someone has reproduced but I'm not sure if ... more »
