Do you mean like these? These are my forks, the top one is stock and the lower one I 'treated' to look like Factory Honda Showa's. I then fitted them onto my 1986 CR250. Also added is an image of the genuine Factory Showa forks from the eighties.

Seems like everyone at the moment. Claudio in Italy at mastercross. Paul in England at mX Legends and Frank at Evo-mx.com.
You were lucky to find those NOS fork bushes and adjusters. ;-)
and it will still resist corrosion for a good while. I had mine done the same way.
They are stickers, not clearcoated and peel off easily if you warm them up with a hairdryer. I did it years ago on one I had and used.

I've just sold my Honda CR250 1986 factory replica (did I do the right thing?). Alas I couldn't keep it as it was in storage 30 miles away and have no time to use it. I hope she's gone to a good home. I know it's back on ebay UK. Here's one last shot.

I built my 1990/91 CR125 to mimic my 1986 CR125.
The previous owner obviously thought it was a Kawasaki.
Oh they definitely are genuine JT ALS 1 & 2 helmets.
'Oldnslo' I sent you a PM. You can e-mail me at email@example.com
At least things are simple in Europe. 60's, 70's, Twin Shocks, Evo's (up to 1989) and Super Evo's (up to 1996 or 1999 depending on organiser).
I have a JT ALS2 size medium. I believe it to be NOS. The only flaw is a small crack in the visor. I also have a used ALS1 with a NOS visor. I will try to up load photos later.
