I'd use whichever set are in the best condition physically, i.e. tubes, sliders bushes, chroming, then re-build that set. Away you go! Oh and if you find them pop in a set of Mugen rebound adjustable internals.

Mine bolted straight on. I am a firm believer in this VMX World that if it looks ok it will fit if not sell it on. You gotta take a risk to learn or we would still be believing this World is flat.

I put some on my 1990/91 CR125 and had to drill the brake master cylinder bolt recess holes on the right side. It wasn't easy to fit and when it bolted up I gave it a couple of 'taps' with a rubber mallet.

Eejit360 Thanks for the comments, I really like the 80's red and blue combination. The rear sprockets are actually Apico that I picked a few a couple of years back. I was chasing an AFAM sprocket a while back but they weren't this design. I had some ... more »

That hose is the wrong way around exiting the brake master cylinder, it should point towards the engine and upwards. (unless you've changed it already)

jammin76tx I started out with a 91 subframe and rear end like the Factory 125's had back then. Also someone on here a couple of years ago did the same and made a great job of it. I then thought about a 91 tank as I prefer the shape of the line where ... more »
