Just got back from the October Thunder in the Sand race in Wildwood, NJ. We knew what to expect this time so we did much better. Tyler went 4-5 for a 4th overall and I went 6-6 for a 6th overall. I almost pulled the holeshot in my second moto, Thanks Johnny! Had a blast and can' wait for Arenacross this winter, we are going to try and get in at least three races to qualify for the US open next year in Vegas. Well, I said try!

Just got back from The Thunder in the Sand, Wildwood New Jersey. My son and i both struggled in the sand but by the end of the three days we both ended up with top tens overall. I raced the +30C class and went 9-8 for a 9 overall. tyler went 7-7 for a 6 overall. The sand is definately a difficult endeavor but we learned alot. jason lawrence was there racing the 125A class and he gave me and tyler some riding tips, it helped but it was still difficult. Jason, of course, was flying and he won everything. it was a great weekend and we will go back there in October to try again.
