My tank has a melt spot and the plastic is paper thin, but it doesn't leak. How think is the plastic at the melt spot? Yours looks better than mine for sure, but maybe I should just protect mine with epoxy rather than buying this one with the same melt ... more »

I found a 78 YZ400 in the same original condition. I rode it, modded it and raced it for a few years then sold it. Never regretted any of it. It's a dirtbike not a paper weight.

He should have reached down with his right arm, done a rear brake tap which would have brought the rear down, and saved it.
Send the rear shock to Sage Suspension. He works wonders with the stock shock.

Take a little off the backing plate until the wheel centers. Then cut a spacer for the other side of the axle. Then machine enough off the brake stay bracket until it fits into the backing plate slot.
