That's what i'm thinking... The only reason the 250 2 stroke wasn't released until 2017 was because the new motor wasn't ready I believe. But i assume only minor motor updates to the 2 stroke KTM/Huskies and could easily get the new chassis

According to ML, the new Showa A Kit is a black Kashima coating: http://www.vitalmx.com/photos/features/Vital-MX-Pit-Bits-San-Diego,39034/Showa-A-Kit-Display,97271/GuyB,64 I highly doubt Showa would go from Kashima coating their top of the range forks/shocks ... more »

Coming on great! 1991 bikes are awesome looking, but i'm currently converting my 92 Peak bike into 92 Factory style. I love the pink/red colour haha! I really like that Raptor titanium gear shift tip, didn't know they made them. Does it fit right on? ... more »

I hope for your sake you don't have to answer that question again this week.

Yeah not a fan of the new black kashima Showa A kits on any of the bike, especially not against the red clamps. Bike looks killer though

Incredible bike, i love mine. No gearbox or intake issues here, and know of loads of them here in the UK and not heard of any of those issues. Go for it, you won't be disappointed

Here's to hoping my KYB Factory kit will go straight into the new bike then! Shock is much more compact than the old trax one...

This isn't the 2018.5 Factory Edition, this is the actual 2018 Factory bike. I assume they'll unveil the available-to-public bike in a while. I love it, i'm glad they didn't go crazy on what was already a sick bike. But a fresh image for the new bike ... more »

It says 11am on the Jessy Nelson screenshot above, so just over 2 hours it starts by the looks of it.

Same, only 8 hours til it starts.....

ML's original post in this thread was about Factory Editions will be coming as 450s only for 2018 (2018.5). Cody, the 125s were updated in 2016 with the 4 strokes, with the 250 2 strokes being updated in 17, exactly as Motofinne said???

I disagree. I think you're confused thinking the bike is photographed at an angle. It's straight, the same as the rad, but the bars are on the steering lock far left, making it look like the radiator is angled backwards. The blue clamp bike is just based ... more »

Wasn't the idea of releasing a 'XXXX.5' Edition bike so that it was basically homologated for the start of Supercross? The bike with the triple clamps seems to be the existing shape bike compared to the screenshot i posted of the new one. Making an existing ... more »

Husqvarna_usa Instagram story has been posting photos of the riders and bikes' photoshoot today/yesterday. Plenty of pics of the 250s but no sighting of the 450 yet...hmmm

And why would they when they're smashing the reviews with their air fork that loads of people love?
