Sorry for you and your Dad's loss. I lost my Dad last November and the experience changed my life. I hope your Dad hangs tough thru it and you two enjoy the time you have together. I don't regret a moment I spent with him before he passed.

Lack of exercise is only part of it... eating lots of cheap, processed foods that are stripped of nutrients is a big part of it too. 20 years ago there wasn't a fast food place on every corner and there wasn't a line of cars waiting to order in the ones ... more »
