can't believe more isn't being made out of the fact that Desalle has injured his scaphoid and is likely out of the event..... and with him, go Belgium's chances in van Horebeek's opinion. Big obstacle removed for whoever wants to win the trophy now

i've been to quite a few GP's this year (11 out of 14) and they haven't all looked like Loket.... by any stretch of the imagination

Added reply in a thread France will NOT win the MXDN this year 7/27/2014 11:10 PM

what i meant was the chances of them actually RACING together are slim to none... so saying one would destroy the other is moot but yea, why not... Musquin isn't a dominant force like he was when he won the titles and besides, Tixier and Musquin have ... more »

that's called "hard pack"..... next weekend is what you can call "sand"

you mean Tixier's Factory KTM team is making him good, where as Marvin Musquin's Factory KTM team isn't making him good? i'm not going to make bold statements about who's going to destroy who, when i know that the likelihood of it ever happening are ... more »

like i said, plenty of reasons not to have picked Ferrandis.... i didn't think they should either, but then i wouldn't have picked Musquin either before this weekend and now this weekend has happened, I'd pick Tixier Originally I'd have gone with Febvre ... more »

you used a video from last year to make your point?? there are plenty of reasons not to have picked Dylan Ferrandis, but showing a video from an event when he went 2-3 for 2nd overall behind Jeffrey Herlings is probably not a good example

both second motos are worth checking out.... awesome action today!

It was Anthony Boissiere.... but yea, 2008, 2009 and 2011 they had really good chances to win

scrubbing past the GOAT...... doesn't get much better than that which is why I asked for that GoPro footage from Romain!

here's some footage of RC, Everts and Stanton battling, from the POV of Romain Febvre

Added reply in a thread RC vs Everts Today? 21 July 7/22/2014 1:15 AM

there is no real "30 minute moto" at the event..... the Americano is a series of one lap "races" that drop the last 5 riders, which Carmichael did well in until one of the races he seemed to have goggle problems and cruised to last in that heat the tire ... more »

Added reply in a thread Herlings Injured 7/21/2014 1:23 PM

he did pass him..... then Herlings passed him right back this happened on the last lap when RV catches Herlings after a bad start, RV is faster, but when Herlings does it to Cairoli........ totally different according to Jeffro haha

Added reply in a thread 2014 FIM Junior Motocross World Championship Official Entries 7/16/2014 12:06 PM

it's a race in Europe (usually) so pretty much everyone over here rides KTM by default (generalising)... the only people that don't are those good enough to get support from the other manufacturers among the top guys in the 125 class it's a decent split ... more »

there was also the MX Masterkids event in France which Team USA sent over seven riders for.... they ended up coming third behind Team GB and a French team run by Eric Sorby. Over 900 entries and three days of racing, with 12 classes and awesome action. ... more »

winning classes is a by-product of putting in 5 good motos... and you can win the overall without winning any classes, so yea, winning classes doesn't mean anything in terms of the actual Chamberlain Trophy but i'm sure that's just confused you even ... more »

I would much prefer my MX2 rider to go 1-39 than 7-7.... if my other two riders put in four awesome motos, again, making the class overall unimportant. Justin Barcia won the Open class last year with 15pts, Clement Desalle came 9th with 43pts. Guess ... more »
