I would bet they search for the channel name of the race/event, and just add "live stream". I've found most soccer streams like that on Google, (yeah, I'm European, lol!)

Usually, someone will post it under the, in this case, Monster Energy Cup Race Day Link thread that gets sticky'd during the raceweekend. That's how I found it anyway.
