They are Pro Carbon guards that I managed to bag off EBay many years ago. They don't pop up often and are the kind of part you need to search for relentlessly until you find them!

i recently got a set of these hubs used and need to figure out how they bolt on i think im missing a spacer on the front hub is there any way you could email me a picture of the front hub /spacers?.id really appreciate it

I don't have this bike or the wheels any more I'm afraid so cant be of much help. However Talon customer service is very good and I'm sure they could help you out if you spoke to them.
