Sometimes there is such a thing as not cocky or self-confident enough. Cole is a rider designed for the big bike and he continues to show it. Unfortunately, there are a lot of us out here with more faith in Cole than he has in himself. He certainly has ... more »

10-4. For the time being, there's no reason not to co-operate. This has been bubbling away for a couple of years already.

Sorry all. Just got back to this now. I hope by answering some questions it will answer some of the other questions or points made here. I’ll also thank ns503 for the kind words and always valuable food for thought. Should this thing actually go ahead, ... more »

Thank you much slipdog. Really appreciate that. Not sure if I'm going ahead with it now. FTE made my spidy sense all tingly. Really do thank you, though.

Thanks, TopEnd. Really appreciate your input. Maybe my subject line and original post were poorly stated. Both my contacts to date are law clerks (articling). I have not been contacted by an actual lawyer from the firm. I know exactly what you're saying. ... more »

They aren't looking for video, I am. I just figured a bunch of people would understand what I'm looking for and jump right in and say "bro, this is the best collection of turn-one footage ever!" That way, I wouldn't have to fumble through a bunch of ... more »

They are still trying to build an actual case. The way they keep passing the file around, it appears they're not completely convinced that they want to go forward. Nobody has been served anything yet. I think if they knew what every rider and mx fan ... more »

Thanks to everyone, no matter what your response was. A very natural and quite normal turn-one pile-up occurred at one of our regional tracks. A young rider (with at least 5 years experience) ended up in a power-chair as a result. Now, a law firm is ... more »
Hi gang, long time no chat. Straight to the chase, I've been asked to meet with a lawyer this Friday afternoon regarding a turn-one pile-up that ended badly a couple of summers ago. Trying to explain turn-one to an outsider seems to cause their eyes ... more »

Where I live, you usually have to pay somebody to have shit like that taken away.
Best Toronto dirt in history. That's the magic of not letting it suck up the rain and snow and freeze all winter under a highway overpass. Blue tarps... they're everywhere... and they're magic. Well done, T-O SX.
Not exactly crossing lanes into traffic, but RC was cradled by the angels that night. Saw a chick blow through the end of the fastest straight at a local track, blast through a big wooden fence, and launch an ambulance a good 2 1/2 feet from where it ... more »
Yup. Beaton versus Homans. They both lost.
Here's what it looks like.
...and this was AX.
Short-shift and shoot off into the sunset. The myth that kills me is that 2-strokes rev higher than 4-strokes. It was probably your great-grampy who actually believed that. Don't blame him. Obviously, the tachometer hadn't been invented yet. My H2 750 ... more »
This is why running 2-strokes and 4-strokes on the same track at the same time is a non-starter. The sophisticated throttle control of a good 2-T rider with a narrow powerband begs for cornering speed/momentum. The lazy point-n-shoot lines of 4-Ts wreck ... more »
Any engine builder will tell you, it's not what it's got, it's where you put it. If my rider likes to come in really hot and totally shut the throttle at entry to turns, he needs a smooth delivery (transition) from small throttle openings to full throttle. ... more »

We speak English is this forum. Could you translate that to grown-up for us all?

Please throw this yellow flag bullshit to the curb. I can see how Villo would be confused by the flagging. The ambulance flag was out, but that turned into a series of yellows. SX rulebook clearly allows overtaking on the yellow.

I really enjoyed the 5 minute commercial for RC cars that replaced the LCQs. I looked up douchebaggery and my dictionary linked to CBS. Some moto is better than no moto, but these infomercials are wearing very thin, very quickly.
