Reed getting taken out makes up for Dungeys broken chain, now the 2 best riders have had even luck.

Could see Jake round2 , will tell you as soon as i know. shhh.

Pick your race distance and peddle hard up hill for that amount of time,do your core excersises adding as much balance and rotation as possible and swim when sore. I train quite a few pros and added to what you already do this works good, cheers.

Quietly, Suzuki have appealed and the MA announcent will probally be withdrawn till after the appeal heering i guess, dont say anything or they wont update me, cheers mate.

Heres the vid of race 2 lites, yes PJ rode tops and had the fastest times in both sets of practice,Matt crashed race 1 for 6th and came from a fair way back to pass PJ and win race 2.
