I hear ya about the cost. When I get my paycheck I have to budget in for bike maintence, gas to and from the races and entry fee, and I just race Xcountry. It always stuns me when my buds and I pull up to an event and see motor homes, three bikes, gas cans, and the whole nine yards. Maybe they just saved well when they were young. Who knows.....
