Reply to IMS Tank Threads? 11/22/2014 1:21 PM

I have used 13 IMS tanks that I can recall, no issues whatsoever. better fit, finish and fuel placement than the other over the counter offerings.

I could never narrow it down to one! I've ridden lots that I would consider "amazing" on certain days... Hollister Honey Lake Washougal Zaca Toes MX Cooperland - is this place around still? Did East/West WORCS there and it was awesome!

Same course tomorrow to my understanding.

What a day...I read it's the highest single day drop out ever... Bummed for Taylor, he just needs to keep winning tests at this point, we could be right back in this with a little luck tomorrow. Really, really sucks that Freddette DNF, correct me if ... more »

I hear ya there! I read on another forum where Jason Hooper said the FIM wanted a $5k fee just to be able to post 2 minutes of video a day.

Well, not looking too good now. Haven't read exactly what happened to Mullins, but whatever it was, that's a big chunk of time he lost. Glad to see Taylor get a couple wins today!

Great first day, probably the best ever for our Team as a whole. All trophy riders in the top 15 (except Osborne obviously) and 9 out of the top 10 club riders! Bravo boys! However, it's gonna be tough being one guy down already, doable though, they ... more »

I can't believe anyone would voluntarily go anywhere near any part of Africa right now.

Reply to Gas Tank Foam ? 11/1/2014 6:28 AM

We used to run it in our 2.5+ gallon tanks. Helped with handling for sure, 15+ pounds sloshing around less was a big difference. As far as it falling apart or dissolving and causing issues, I don't know, we changed it out about every 2-3 months. It's ... more »

This. Especially since it was only lap 2.

Reply to Crawfordsville Ironman 10/26/2014 6:18 PM

Maybe it's time for a 2 day bike format, I don't know the answer. But we both know that lappers play a big role in who wins & loses A LOT of GNCCs....this shouldn't be the case. I'm guessing you were with Chris, he got 4 out of 6 laps today, his ... more »

He didn't force them to take any lines, they made the choice. Odds are they were lappers and he was trying to preserve the line for his guys who have money/careers on the line. I'll probably get blasted for this, but I think it's dumb that they let the ... more »

Milner was there, DNF for some reason. Salvini is a bad ass, but he's a Euro sprint specialist, Milner supposedly was going to have no issues because he raced GNCC style races in Australia. I do think Milner could very well run upfront next year during ... more »

But I thought Milner was gonna come over and show us how slow our guys are? On a serious note, that's pretty damn impressive.

I'm sure he'd beat you on any track, any time.

I've met him. I was at pretty much every WORCS race he ever did. Saw him threaten a female track worker, fist fight his mechanic in the pits etc. etc, the guy is a douche as far as I'm concerned.

Reply to 19" vs 18" rear 7/22/2014 8:13 AM

19" & 18" have the same outside diameter, size refers to the wheel itself. So the 18" has a bigger sidewall with more flex. 18" is also popular for Offroad because they get less pinch flats. I'm an 18" everywhere guy myself. But I'm also a bib mousse ... more »

Ricky Dietrich had an RTT lock up on him on the starting line of Georgia GNCC back in 06 or so. Not very common, but nothing is impossible.
