I think you can just pay a fee to ride and not do any work. I think it's like $400-$600 per year which is a great deal.

About the insurance for each rider in the event. How would a policy like that be purchased? What would it cost? Would it some sort of an AFLAC supplemental deal or what?

I completely agree with you, with the exception of quads! lol Quads are responsible for the devastation of perfect moto ruts on tracks across America....I will never be ok with them on a track with bikes.
