Make your the choke isn't on. The KTM is in for on and out for off. Opposite of traditional carbs.

Maybe the new frame? Took these from Pit Bits. There's speculation maybe Husky will get an FE type bike.

Hey I'm 155-160lbs and ride a 2016KTM 250f. I use 4.7 springs. On my 125 I used 4.5springs. Sounds like 4.4 would be way too soft. But depends on your speed and style riding.

Added reply in a thread After Keefer's 1st 450 shootout day they seem to think the RMZ rear shock is ok per his podcast. 9/19/2017 5:01 PM

But if you listen to the RMZ450 podcast that he did before the shootout he said the RMZ was a better bike than the 17.

Try vinyl decal wrap. Paint will chip, at least with the wrap you can remove it and replace easy/cheap.

Yeah see Dr Andrew Bulczynski. He fixed my shoulder and they partner with RedBull to help their athletes. They are in Marina Del rey and have a great facility. http://discmdgroup.com/about/athlete-index/

You might have an AC separation or separated shoulder... This is just from picking through the posts. Did you feel it pop in and out of place? That's the feeling I would get when you describe, "feels like a knuckle that needs to crack". I'd suggested ... more »

Wow, lots of great info. Bummer about the RMZ, it looks so good! I wonder if you replace that rear shock how it would rank up?

I didn't know there are 3 fuel filters? I only know about the one where the fuel line disconnects. Where are the others?

Added reply in a thread 03 CR250 Electrical issues HEEELLLPPP 9/13/2017 1:33 PM

New spark plug? Try disconnecting the kill switch? Does that bike have any fuse?

Added reply in a thread KTM SXF 450 Bog/Lag 9/13/2017 8:19 AM

Hummm, my first thought would be the small inline fuel filter. Maybe do a compression test?

Have you tried adjusting the compression and rebound, also the sag height?

Added reply in a thread Good deal or no Crf250 9/12/2017 2:03 PM

I had one years ago. Fun bike. $1,500 would be a good deal for you. Once the carb is set up correct, they run super well.

I run 13psi front and back with Dunlop M3S. That was suggested by Jay Clark who works for Dunlop.

I liked the Pirelli MX32 pro tire over the Dunlop M3S but the Pirelli did wear a rare bit faster. I'd buy them again, right now I just buy which ever has the best deal or rebate.

I'd count how many clicks for rebound and compression when they are all the way soft, then start in the middle. I start mine at around 12 out from full hard.

So I got this feeling a few times and it was described to me as "topping out". Like if I found a quick bump and tried to use it to hop to anothubg braking bump or tranny. There wasn't really a cure, could try and slow your rebound down and check to see
