About Me
I started riding at what seemed to be the late age of 10. Made a few trips to the Kistache National Forrest for my first few rides before I was introduced to Motocross by a man named Paul Bordelon. I was hooked and ready to start racing. We (dad and I) did have some personal success finishing in the top 10 at a few nationals in the supermini and 80 classes in the late 90's. At the age of 17 personal issues pushed me out and I had to quit just short of my first attempt at Loretta's. Sold everything and got completely out. By 18 I had my first child with my lovely wife Ashley, joined the USAF and started the road down the path of education. In 2004 I bought a new CRF250 and raced it through the mid season of 2005 in Arizona until I transitioned out of the military into the civilian world. During that time we had our second child. Again I had to hang the boots up. In 2006 my son was born, third child, and by Nov 2010 I finally had a job that would support my addiction, not only for me, but my family. So I bought a nice RMZ450 and picked up where I left off 14 years ago - Trying to qualify for the Loretta Lynn's National. We are on our way with a Regional Championship under our belt. The best part about it to this point is proving to my children that hard work pays off.
