2009 KX450F starting issue. 2

​I bought a 2009 Kawasaki KX450F last year, and when I bought it I didn't think anything of it when it had trouble starting, I figured it would have been an easy fix, when it is cold or hasn't ran for a while, I can't get it started just using the standard kickstart, it will pop and back fire, but won't roll all the way over to fire and start. I can roll start it an it will start and run just fine. Sometimes when it is running and Im Riding it, I will go to give it some throttle and it will cut out and make a click noise.
