Swing arm is 1990

Looks like your bike is a mix of parts from different bikes. Your carb is a Keihin PJ likely from a CR250. YZ had Mikuni. The forks looks to be from a newer YZ. In 1990 the fork legs was red anodized.

I like your taste if noone else does. I love the 91-92 YZs colours and style! EVO-mx.com can possibly do the seat cover it but printing neon graphics is unfortunately not possible on digital printers which all are using nowadays. Anyway, e-mail them

There is one on ebay but they don't ship to Sweden. Clarke is not an option in this case and I doubt they have that model. Well, please keep an eye open!

Yes, the 87 is all different from 97 but thanks anyway

Looks like it is a SRS head mounted, look if it has more SRS parts. If so, you may not need to do further engine mods

Very impressed by your work on the plastics and nice that you're going stock look, the 92s looked great!

Nice find! Looks like a 96 or 97? In 98 it got larger rear disc like the 250 above. Regarding red plastics I found a source when looking for a red front fender for my ex Bob Moore/Eric Camerlengo 97 race bike. Maico used red YZ plastics back in 00, here ... more »

That was a special blue offered by acerbis called rinaldi blue which is lighter than the 98-01 colour. It was sold to public but I have never seen them for sale. That number plate is also made for Rinaldi by Acerbis.

Very nice, love the colours and the period correct parts!

I haven't seen any current aftermarket seat cover that can match the colour and quality of the good old Tecnosel and they are very hard to find these days. I managed to find one for my 96 after serching for years.
